This educational group is designed to benefit our community living with diabetes, whether you have diabetes or a family member/friend who would like to learn more. We will meet monthly to discuss topics of importance in managing diabetes and the day-to-day struggles. This class will be led by Mercy Jefferson's diabetes educators. We will provide guidance, knowledge and resources that will be useful to assist with diabetes management.This support group meets the third Thursday of each month.
