• How food, movement, stress, and Medic*tion affect blood sugar
• Practical tips for managing diabetes in everyday life
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, at risk, caring for someone with diabetes, or just looking to learn more, this class provides clear, practical information in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Open to adults of all experience levels. Questions encouraged.
