Dia De Muertos in The Woodlands - A Community Celebration
First annual Día de Los Muertos celebration featuring Aztec Ceremony and dance. Join us for a lively and colorful celebration of Dia De Muertos in The Woodlands! This in-person event will take place at Ome Calli Café (previously Artisan Culture Coffee) located at Buckthorne Place, The Woodlands, TX, USA. Immerse yourself in the rich Mexican traditions and honor the memory of our loved ones who have passed away.
Bring your family and take a photo with a Xoloitzcuintli dog—a Mexican hairless breed popularized by the movie Coco. We will have face painting, free vegan pozole from the El Mictlan food truck onsite, free Cafe de Olla from Ome Calli, and free vegan cookies from Gentle Whisk Bakery.
On Oct. 28, the ofrenda will be set up, you are invited to bring pictures of loved ones as they set up and learn about ofrendas.
