Speakers | Performers | Art & Interactive activities | Pan de muertos🌺 Día de Muertas at the New Haven Pride Center 🌺🗓️ November 1st | 🕯️ 6PM – 9PM
Join us for a night of art, tradition, and remembrance as we honor the countless lives lost to violence and injustice — including victims of femicide, trans femicide, domestic violence, and state-sanctioned violence around the world.
This year’s festival will feature speakers, performances, face painting, and interactive art activities for all ages. Together, we will uplift the stories of women and children from Connecticut whose lives were tragically cut short, and honor Palestinian lives lost in the ongoing genocide. Among the beloved souls we will remember is Hind Rajab, whose memory continues to move us toward justice.
🕯️ We welcome you to contribute to our community altar (ofrenda) by bringing photos, flowers, or offerings in memory of your loved ones.
All are welcome to gather, grieve, celebrate, and resist — together. 🧡🌼💀🌼🧡
