Before u can attend a party we must meet u at a community event or otherwise have extensive individual communication to make sure it’s a good fit.
If we don’t know you, please send pics and lmk your sexual orientation, preferred pronouns, relationship status (single or partnered ) and dynamic (poly, swinger or?)
Since Oct is a crazy month for everyone we’re waiting to do our event as a Dia de los Muertos/Samhain party which traditionally comes right after Halloween.
One day membership/event expected donation- $30 sf, $60 couple and a very limited number of select sm $70. so all u single guys find u a female friend to bring & save $!
We will be providing some food and drinks but it is a potluck. If you’d rather not bring food or drinks to contribute, just add $10 more to your payment.
Registration ends a week before the event (Oct 26) or when we’re full, whichever comes first. We’ve been selling outa month in advance so don’t wait!! Pay early to reserve your spot!!
No week of event registration!!
We no longer give full cash refunds if you are not able to make the party. However, if you let us know ahead of time, we will offer half credit towards the next event. No shows get no credit.
We also have a $40-$60 overnight add on option. Way less than a motel/ hotel room!
These are not your average lifestyle parties. They are multidimensional, interactive, LS friendly, immersive events with demos and performers (depending on their availability).
There’s something for everyone, even vanillas and monogamous people. U can observe, participate with your partner or make connections with other like minded people.
Our venue is a curiosity museum with a dungeon (the fungeon), a glory hole, jacuzzi, fire pit, professional dj/dancing, koi ponds with a stream and waterfalls, lots of amazing food, onsite professional masseuse, sexy welcoming people and nor cals only rollin outdoor swingin bed!
*reminder-r events r never pay to play and there’s no pressure or expectation to play!

*Our pre party workshop this time will include the option to get a tattoo, do a boudoir mini photo shoot & newbie intros. Or, do it all!!
