Find your inner peace in motion... Awaken your spirit through some silliness, and some stillness! A journey into self-discovery through physical expression. Explore the rhythm of your soul. Experience body, mind and spirit as one!
Feel relaxed and empowered after this hour-long journey into yourself through mind, movement and breath. Align your body and your mind to uplift your spirit so you feel more confident and creative! We’ll use simple dance moves, present-moment mindfulness techniques, and breath awareness to cultivate that internal sense of well-being. Leave the stinking thinking behind and let yourself be carried away by the music…

Together, we’ll explore YOUR inherent dance nature, guiding you through practices in a way that urges you to move from within. This builds a habit of trusting yourself, listening to your inner voice undisturbed or influenced by outside influences - others, or even our own fears. Staying in the present moment we perceive reality as it is, accept it, and can respond in the most satisfying way for our fulfillment.
This class is for every body, regardless of injury, talent, or any perceived limitations. Bring a yoga mat or use one of ours, we’ll move from standing to sitting or even lying down. Sitting in a chair is a completely viable option. Only requirement is that you just need to get up the stairs ;)
Please note: this is not a traditional dance OR yoga class, so free your mind and come enjoy being YOU! Shift happens over time with a consistent practice; we urge you to try these techniques at home, too!

This experience is presented as part of our Dance Alchemy program, look for other events (workshops, retreats, etc) that encourage and facilitate the deepening and blossoming of your soul in a fun and easy way! This class is also presented in conjunction with the MindSet ReSet course, a seven-week intensive into reclaiming your confidence & joy, through habit training for personal and professional growth.
