Dhamma Foundation Course 2 (DFC 2) is termed the 'The Practitioner’s Dhamma'. It is for the serious seeker in search of Dhamma insights and practices that will bring him closer to spiritual awakening. The module will help him connect dots between key Dhamma concepts so that he has clarity on what he must do and how to do it to create the necessary mental conditions for enlightenment.
Course design: We will use only materials from the Pali Canon, which is the oldest surviving collection of teachings that could be traced to the Buddha. Lessons have been carefully designed to enable effective adult learning. Apart from lectures and reading materials, there will also be active group discussions, thoughtful personal reflections, fun quizzes and more, to maximise the learning experience.
For whom: Anyone who is curious and intrigued about Buddhism, from the neophyte to the experienced and avid readers. All are welcome to join fellow Dhamma seekers in a joyous learning adventure.
