Welcome to spectator ticket sales for The Open at Austin 2023, presented by Lone Star Disc – a DGPT Elite Series Event!

This year The Open Disc Golf Championship has been elevated to a DGPT Elite event and will be contested on a spectacular new venue, Harvey Penick Golf Campus, near downtown Austin. The Open at Austin, Lone Star Disc, and the DGPT teams are excited to invite spectators to catch some of the best disc golfers in the world LIVE as they compete for The Open at Austin titles in the MPO and FPO divisions.

Tennessean, and former United States Disc Golf Champion, Chris Dickerson is the defending champ of The Open in the MPO division. Catrina Allen, 5x winner of The Open and former PDGA World Champion, currently holds the FPO division title from 2022. Other past winners of The Open include PDGA World Champions Ricky Wysocki and James Conrad and we expect a stellar field of over 160 players again this coming March.

If you’re visiting from out of town, be sure to make your plans early since The Open will coincide with the famous SXSW Music Festival in Austin and lodging will be in high demand.
