About this Event
A salute to North Texas hospital leaders, the Annual Awards Luncheon takes place every fall and honors individuals who have made an historic impact on healthcare. This year’s luncheon will take place October 18, 2024 at the new Lowes Arlington Convention Center, attracting more than 1,000 attendees united in the belief that better health makes a better community.
During the event, we will present the Distinguished Health Service Award to Congressman Dr. Michael Burgess and Congresswoman Kay Granger for their support of North Texas healthcare throughout their careers. We will also present the Young Healthcare Executive of the Year Award to Ryan Gebhart of Baylor Scott & White Health and the Kerney Laday, Sr. Trustee of the Year awards to Ron Carter of Baylor Scott & White Health and Randall Canedy of Methodist Health System.
Our keynote speaker will be Shannon Miller, the Olympic gold medalist, champion gymnast and cancer survivor. Her presentation will detail her “Gold Medal Mindset” when overcoming personal health challenges.
