• Trauma Model Therapy certified
• Eye Movement Reprocessing: Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) level 2 certified
• Pursuing continued training in Poly Vagal Theory and other Somatic-based therapies.
How I provide support
I support complex trauma recovery, dissociative identity disorder, understanding chronic childhood abuse, mood regulation, and addiction recovery.
I will assist you by offering a safe and compassionate space as we navigate your complex inner system to learn new ways of reacting to situations. The problem is usually not the problem as we integrate your body and mind in a safe interaction that can hopefully lead to long-lasting change.
I offer professional therapy services both online and in-person at our conveniently located offices in Denton, Texas, And Allen, Texas.
