Greetings to our June’s Journey players in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Let’s gather for high tea and lunch at the Tin Tulip Tearoom 4905 S Cooper Arlington TX at 11:00 am on Saturday September 21st.Couple details to note - 1) it’s suggested we have a reservation to get a table(s) for our group, so if you are attending please respond “going” or DM me by Wednesday August 21 so that I can reserve a table for our group. 2) If you would like to order the high tea service the restaurant requests a count of those with table reservation (includes tea, a scone & clotted cream, tea sandwiches, fruit, a bread/muffin). Restaurant asks that people do not share a single high tea service, and also offers a menu with sandwiches, soups, salads, quiche. So if you like to do the high tea service please DM me so I can get that count noted in advance to the restaurant.
This will be a great time to meet new players, ask questions and discuss the game. The restaurant is attached to an antique mall, so I’ll suggest after lunch folks can wander and shop. I’d like folks to take pictures in the antique mall of items you find in a JJ scene and then I’ll do a pic-collage of all our findings to post with meet-up pictures to Orchid Square.
First time attendees will earn a t-shirt from wooga (to be mailed after the event), some of us will be wearing our black & gold JJ t-shirts to the meet-up so you can find our group.
