DfI Leadership Programme
The Evolve Leadership Programme aims to help create, develop and support future leaders of DfI who strive to be High Performing, Well Led and Outcome Focused.
This Advanced Level course is aimed at DfI staff at Staff Officer / Deputy Principal and analogous grades.
The Programme will be delivered over four days, to courses of 20 participants. Modules will be delivered once a week, with the first module on Thursday 30 May. Participants are expected to attend all four modules, as this is a focused, enjoyable, personal development journey.
