Each session will include a dedicated hands-on activity, so attendees not only learn but also leave with something tangible they’ve already started for their business.

Fall Session 2: AI for Data & Decisions – Turning Information into Insights

Overview

Data isn’t just for big corporations. This session shows SMEs how to leverage AI to uncover trends, make smarter decisions, and forecast with confi dence.

What you’ll learn

• Using AI to analyze sales data, customer behaviour, and marketing performance.

• Building simple dashboards and reports without a data science team.

• Applying forecasting tools to predict demand and identify opportunities.

Hands-On Activity

Participants will upload a small dataset (e.g., a recent sales report) and use an AI tool to generate one visualization or identify a key trend. Pre-session prep: bring a CSV or Excel fi le ready to go.
