This year our standard distance triathlon is a European Qualifier.The standard distance duathlon begins with a 10 km 2 lap run on tarmac & gravel paths. The bike leg is 46 km and is one big lap on rolling roads. The bike course is so good it's been used for the Masters Road Racing National Championships for the last two years. The Standard duathlon finishes with a final one lap 5K.
We also have a Sprint Distance Triathlon that uses the same Run 1, a shorter 20K bike lap & a final out-and-back 2.5K run
