Join the CrossFit Millstone team for a ruck of 3+ miles! Grab your baby, weight vest, ruck or just join us for a walk. We start at Devils Glen Park and walk/hike for 3+ miles. This ruck will be on pavement and strollers will be able to access this path.

No worries! All fitness enthusiast are welcome! There is no charge to join us for the ruck.
