With this understanding, you will gain a new wisdom involving your defenses and needs, and learn how to restore balance—deepening your own healing process. If your outer world is to be transformed, it must begin within. If your inner world is to be transformed, it must be understood in light of the outer forces that have shaped it. The value of working with the chakra system is found in the understanding of when our inner and outer worlds reconnect, we become aligned—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. You will be introduced to tools to help balance chakras, whether they are deficient or in excess, in addition to hands on placement.
