Elle aborde les questions relatives aux paysanneries, à la militarisation, aux changements ruraux liés au genre, à la dépossession néolibérale et à l'histoire intellectuelle de la pensée agraire. Conçue pour faire le lien entre la théorie et les luttes locales, elle relie les dynamiques régionales aux dialogues tricontinentaux globaux. Elle remet en question les discours simplistes en refusant le sectarisme et la séparation des économies de guerre de leurs racines agraires.

يتناول هذا المؤتمر القضية الزراعية في المنطقة العربية-الإيرانية، ويبحث في الحرب واللامساواة والأزمة البيئية من منظور نسوي ومناهض للإمبريالية ومن خلال نظريات الاقتصاد السياسي. كما يتطرق إلى قضايا الفلاحين والعسكرة والتغير الريفي القائم على النوع الاجتماعي وانتزاع الملكية في ظل النيوليبرالية والتاريخ الفكري للمعارف الزراعية. يهدف المؤتمر إلى الربط بين النظرية والنضالات المحلية، والوصل بين الديناميات الإقليمية والنقاشات العالمية ثلاثية القارات. يسائل المؤتمر الروايات الاختزالية التي تنبذ الطائفية بينما تعزل اقتصادات الحرب عن جذورها الزراعية.
