About this Event
An apprenticeship is a work-based programme that combines full-time work with an industry-designed qualification. They are an effective way for businesses to develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce, either by upskilling existing employees or recruiting new talent. Government funding is also available for employers to recruit and train apprentices.
For the learner, studying an apprenticeship is an exciting way to gain a recognised qualification whilst earning a salary and gaining relevant industry experience. Apprenticeships are an alternative route to traditional higher education, putting learners in the workplace right from the start.
Hertfordshire Business School provides a flexible range of higher and degree apprenticeship programmes and our team work with a wide range of top employers. Come along to find out more about how it all works from our panel of experts, all involved in managing or teaching the apprenticeship programmes, and how our apprenticeships can develop you, your team and your business.
This is a complimentary event and will also include a light lunch.
