When the New Year arrives – we sometimes feel a bit jaded but by attending this 3 week course, we can find some peace and new energy to be ready for the year ahead. This is a short course consisting of 3 relaxing evenings with meditation and gentle teachings helping us to feel at peace and start the new year with a positive attitude. Each class consists of practical advice and simple guided meditations to help calm the mind and develop inner peace and stillness. No previous experience necessary, everybody welcome!
