About this Event
This workshop is an introductory primer for those interested in Generative AI, and who are interested in strategies to help their students better understand the technology in line with the university’s policy on helping students critically engage with the software and use it responsibly. Participants will be introduced to Generative AI, and will explore strategies to better to understand how the technology works, what its limitations and benefits are, and the contexts in which the technology is most effective. Participants will also consider how best to have these conversations with their students.
