9:30 AM - Douglas Manz, Partner & Chief Investment Officer, HYM Investment Group will provide an overview of their Government Center Garage and Suffolk Downs projects as well as discuss the challenges currently facing new development in Boston.
10:10 AM –Thomas Welch, Executive VP, Colliers Capital Markets Group will discuss how new development projects obtain construction financing in the current high interest rate environment.
