Developing a Business Plan - In this workshop, business owners will learn the eight parts of a business plan and what to consider when writing a business plan. At the end of the workshop, business owners will have a blueprint or first draft of a business plan.

How Businesses Use Credit - In this workshop, business owners will learn the types of credit available to a small business owner such as lines of credit, credit cards and term loans, as well financing options from the Small Business Administration.
Thursday, April 10th (12:30 - 1:30)
Small Business Financial Statements - In this workshop, business owners will learn the three most important financial documents: balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports. At the end of the workshop, business owners will be able to prepare or work with a professional to prepare these documents for their businesses.
Thursday, May 8th (6:30 - 7:30)
Starting Your Own Small Business - In this workshop, participants will learn to qualify and develop their business ideas with market research, understand important legal and financial considerations in starting a small business, learn to build a business brand, discover marketing and sales strategies, and receive free resources for small business owners.
