A new event coming to Birmingham from October, hosted by Steve Hammond and Shane Traynor in partnership with Whitebox Property Solutions
We aim to be Birmingham’s leading educational and networking event for property developers.
We will be hosting a monthly event that is designed to deliver education, knowledge, advice, and support whilst providing unbeatable networking opportunities.
Whether you are new to property development and want to learn more, or you are a seasoned developer that wishes to expand their knowledge and grow their network then this is the event for you.

Steve Hammond
Landlord, construction company owner and serial property entrepreneur, Steve Hammond has a 20 year track record of completing high-quality new build, conversion, extension and refurbishment projects. Founder of CPS and the New Home Company, Steve has a detailed understanding of the build process from start to finish. With a focus on best practice, a passion for quality and an enthusiasm for business, Steve aims to build a highly profitable development company with an annual turnover of £5m by 2025.
Shane Traynor
Property developer, diversified investor and talk show host, Shane Traynor is responsible for finding and acquiring new properties and developments for New Home Company, whist managing its existing portfolio. Having worked on multi-million dollar construction projects in Australia and New Zealand, Shane followed his passion into full time property development upon his return to the UK.

Highly experienced Developer, Construction and Project Management Director, Property Investor, Educator & Mentor.
Founded and developed Redbox Property Solutions Ltd T/A redboxdevelopments in 2007. Trading in domestic and commercial markets. Specialising in design, planning, new build, redevelopment and refurbishment.
Having founded Whitebox Property Solutions Ltd in 2014 with business partner Lloyd Girardi and following the success of the companies developments and investment strategy, the Property Developers Discovery 1 day Course and Property Developers Secrets 3 day course were both created to inspire and teach like minded investors on how they can become a property developer using little or none of their own money.
In 2016, White Box Property Solutions launched the Property Developers Mastermind. PDM brings investors that are on the same journey together to compare challenges, successes and inside tips. This also evolved in 2017 to include the Property Developers Retreats to both Monaco and Bali where a small group of mentees are taken away from their businesses to work on their visions, values and structure to help them grow and scale to the next level.
Health, fitness, wellbeing & nutrition has become a big part of my life over the last few years! I love working on all of the above daily for myself and supporting others in their journey’s too.....
