About this Event
A 1-day accredited unit (CUAMWB401) describes skills and knowledge required to identify, select, and use a range of self-care strategies to support the sustainability of your own practice and actively practise self-care in the creative industries. This includes implementing preventative techniques and evaluating their success against an individualised self-care plan.
On successful completion, participants will gain a Statemen of Attainment "Develop and implement own Self-care plan for the creative industries" and a self care plan for their own creative practice.
