This event provides an opportunity to experience singing the sacred word HU, an ancient name for God. Each event begins with an explanation of what singing HU can bring to your life. We will then sing HU for about 15 minutes, followed by a short quiet contemplation. Afterward, there will be an open spiritual discussion and sharing of experiences.HU can uplift people of any religion, culture, or walk of life.
