With over 16 years of experience in human resources and organizational strategy, Ginger Camilleri has honed her ability to build dynamic people strategies that empower individuals and drive business growth.

As the Vice President of Talent & Transformation at OneMagnify in a consultative role, she drives large-scale, company-wide change initiatives to streamline business operations and align culture with long-term strategies. Most recently, as the Senior Vice President of People at Tinuiti, she shaped a workforce strategy that fostered innovation, inclusivity, and engagement. She oversaw key areas of the People Team—including People Business Partners, People Operations, DEI, Real Estate & Brokerage, Employee Engagement/Community, Benefits, and Compensation—and also served as Interim CPO for six months of her tenure.

Throughout her career, Ginger has been passionate about creating environments where teams and individuals thrive. She believes in the transformative power of human capital, and her leadership approach centers on empathy, integrity, and authenticity. By leading with these values, she has built high-performing teams that prioritize open communication, trust, and personal growth. Under her guidance, end-to-end employee development programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives have been implemented, driving higher employee satisfaction and engagement.

In addition to her recent roles, Ginger has held leadership positions at both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University and is a certified Strategic HR Business Partner.
