'DETOXING RELATIONSHIPS' WORKSHOP FOR WOMENTake part in ENERGY CLEARING and SELF-REFLECTION exercises to RELEASE NON-BENEFICIAL RELATIONAL DYNAMICS (e.g. with current or ex-partners, family members, friends or colleagues), SET BETTER BOUNDARIES and EXPLORE NEW PATHWAYS FOR CONSCIOUS RELATING.
This Workshop is suitable for Women, who would like to improve their relationships with others and yearn to release non-beneficial habits or relational dynamics (e.g. attracting similar archetypes, taking on the healer function in the relationship, never having emotional needs met or difficulties navigating interpersonal conflicts).*
In this Workshop you will:
- Explore the themes and patterns of your current and/or past relationships.
- Participate in gentle energy-clearing with 'Inner Gift Resourcing' techniques to release relationship imprints from your energy field (e.g. ancestral or past life imprints + foreign energy imprints from current or ex-partners, friends or work relationships).
- Take part in Healthy Boundaries work and resource your emotional needs.
- Explore the gifts you bring to your relationships.
Workshop Venue:
INDIGO WELLNESS STUDIO (25 Fox Street, Ballina)
The workshop takes place in a beautiful Reiki backyard studio in Ballina on Sunday, November 10th, 10am-12:30pm.
PARKING: In street parking + Meldrum Park car park is in walking distance
Walk into the driveway past the house.
Snacks and non-caffeinated tea are provided.
The venue has a fridge, if you need to cool anything.
It is also recommended that you bring your own water bottle, so you stay hydrated during energy clearing, and to pack some warm socks and a pullover or blanket, if we experience cooler weather.
