Warmer temps, flowers, all the new life buzzing around... so splendid! Now that summer is right around the corner, it is time for us to enjoy the few weeks of what most typically call Spring. So let's embrace all the things that are great about mid May, with a pre-yoga run to close out this season of Little Lotus Yoga's Detox / Retox!This will be an unmarked, fun group run.
