Come join us for Destruction - An Initiation at picturesque Sky Pond!

Have you been trying hard to manifest the life of your dreams but it's not happening? Oftentimes, this can mean that we still have blocks that need to be released.

Guided by Shamanic Practitioner Hanna Brown and Spirit Guide Stephanie Harrison, we will flow through a series of practices designed to support us in letting go of the old and welcoming the new with open arms. As we lean into the cold season and clear what no longer serves us, we will be paving the way for conscious manifesting.

This workshop will take place inside and outside at beautiful Sky Pond in Apex, NC. Practices will include:

-connecting with our lineage to receive lessons and release our ancestors' wounds

-practices to release the unwanted patterns we have identified within ourselves

-practices to release heavy energy and regulate our nervous systems

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A FLIGHT OF STAIRS LEADING UP TO THE PRACTICE SPACE. Unfortunately, our location is not handicap accessible. Additionally, there are CATS at Sky Pond who are sacred protectors of the land. They go where they want, keeping the land and buildings high vibe with each paw step, which means they might be in the room with us.

Please bring a packed lunch for yourself. A fridge and microwave are available on the premises.
