Join us for a workshop to better understand the stress we experience and how to manage it! This workshop will combine education, yoga, and create a space to walk away with strategies and methods to change your relationship with stress. Part 1 of the session will be lead by Brad Marshall, owner of Greater Culture CrossFit, who specializes in mental performance and resilience. He will dive into the science of stress, how we experience it, and how we can change our relationship with stress which leads to a healthier life.
Part 2 of the session will be lead by Randi Bradley, owner of Bradley's Yoga and Fitness, and guide participants through a yoga practice designed to help stress melt away. By helping our minds and bodies settle into a yin practice, the bodies natural processes for handling stress can go to work.
