We are living in such a stressful environment especially during this pandemic period. Beyond staying healthy physically, we need to stay healthy mentally as well. Body and mind work together and are indispensable to each other.
Why Reiki healing and Meditation together?
• Guiding us to go into stillness and find answers within ourselves using visualisation, observation & energy clearing.
• Great for anyone who wish to start their awareness journey but find it hard to sit still for Meditation.
• A gentle energy healing that awakens the body's natural healing ability for physical, mental and emotional issues.
Be guided to set intention of what you wish to heal; enter your inner world; followed by relaxation with healing music.
We will be practising to ground ourselves and let go of all that no longer serves us with guided visualisation.
This session is a good energy booster for tired, difficult & busy times.
Destress, Recharge and set off your week with Reiki Healing
Join us for 90 minutes to journey inwards guided relaxation as we gently flow into natural healing with Reiki Healing and Sound Healing and spend some time soaking in the experience. (Pre-recorded Sound Healing track will be played)
What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki is gentle energy healing practice where a practitioner receives Reiki energy from the Universe and transmits the energy onto the receiver. Reiki improves the flow of energy in the body, removes any blockages. It awakens natural healing ability of the receiver. Reiki works not only for physical ailments but also for psychological health - healing for the body, mind and soul.
This is a passive session, no movement / exercise involved. Just learn to relax and be comfortable in your own body.

- This is a mask on activity, both vaccinated and unvaccinated are welcome. Please wear a breathable mask.
- Please wash your hands before entering the space for personal hygiene safety.
- Social distancing will be maintained, the healer will conduct distance healing, will not go to your mat.
