DESTINATION COLLEGE... A MUST for seniors/senior parents, juniors encouraged!The Dawson PTA has partnered with Highest Degree to provide Dawson seniors and their families with a starting point for navigating the cost of college.
The session will include a brief overview of the admissions process and financial aid, but the main focus will be on how to begin the scholarship search. Families will learn the dos and don’ts of applying for scholarships, explore reliable resources, and gain tips for recognizing legitimate opportunities.
The workshop will also introduce strategies for building a scholarship plan and provide parents with ways to support their students throughout the admissions and scholarship application process. The overall goal is to guide students and parents in the right direction so they feel prepared to take the next steps toward the college admissions journey.
