Dear DESS ParentsWe would like to invite you to our Navigating Change and Transition for Primary Students Parent Forum happening on Monday 1st July at 8.10am-9.00am.
Change and transition affect each person differently, and we all handle these experiences in various ways. There are strategies to effectively manage such transitions for yourself and your family and in this forum, parents will gain insights into how to deal with uncertainty and adapt to any changes or transitions that have previously occurred or are on the horizon.

Attending this forum will equip parents and carers with a clear understanding of the distinction between change and transition, along with an overview of the 3 Stages of transition and the emotions typically associated with each stage.
