Despook your horse. We focus on building confidence and trust. Horses and riders/handlers learn skills to create a connection that enables them to work through various obstacles, situations and stimuli that may occur when riding, whether in the ring on the trail or at a show.Safety is emphasized. Much of the work is done on the ground with riding added as horses become acclimated.
This clinic normally runs for about 2.5 - 3 hours. Participants work as a group so you and your horse will be actively working throughout this time. The horses will have accomplished a great deal at this point and will have given their best attention. The goal is to complete the session with relaxed, happy horses.
You are welcome to bring a Picnic Lunch and make a day of it.
