About this Event
This isn't your average summer camp – this camp is an immersive experience focused on empowering future college students to take control of their college journey and career success. No water balloons and sprinklers here—just real strategies for a bright future.
By attending C.A.M.P., attendees will avoid the common pitfalls that derail many students in college—like frequently changing majors (which delays graduation and racks up student debt!), wasting time on unnecessary courses, or graduating without a clear career plan.
In this 2-day workshop, we’ll use proven methods and activities to help students create their ideal college experience and career path, strategically design the future they want, and provide the the tools so they can confidently answer: “What do you want to do when you graduate college?”
Students who attend our C.A.M.P. will:
- Discover best-fit majors and career paths.
- Create a “possibilities” timeline of what the upcoming years at college might look like.
- Set academic, professional, and personal goals for success.
- Uncover industry-specific academic and experiential strategies to implement in college and gain marketable experience.
- Create purpose-driven projects and potential career paths by examining strengths and passions.
- Uncover ways to network and engage meaningfully with campus life and resources.
- Acquire language to articulate motivations, personal purpose, and ignite passion.
- Learn to highlight academic achievements, extracurriculars, and volunteer experiences and craft a standout resume tailored for college student jobs, student organizations, and internships.
Whether your student is choosing a major, mapping out their college years, or building a career path, they'll leave this workshop with a concrete plan for success.
