Inspired by Stanford's renowned program, you’ll learn engaging exercises, reflect on your current situation, and gain a new perspective on work and play. Whether you're at a crossroads personally or professionally, this workshop offers practical insights to help you create a more fulfilling life. Above all, attendees will learn the Maker Mix, a powerful tool to help you identify areas where you want to grow and develop further.
Adis Sophie Frémont is the founder of Designing Your Life. Her mission is to empower individuals and organisations to unlock their potential using co-development and creativity. She helps people break free from conventional thinking to design lives that are more aligned with who they truly are.
