Another great Farm tour/class being offered through the Medical Lake Parks and Rec Program, we will be heading over to Tall Grass Farms on August 27th, leaving the City Hall at 9:30am for day of designing in the dahlia field. We will be learning from Dahlia grower Nicki all about what it takes to successfully grow dahlias like hers. How to plant, harvest, and store them. You will receive guidance in floral design and will have the pleasure of getting to select and cut your own dahlias for the arrangement you design. This is a really fun activity to share with a friend or family member. Bring your cameras and enjoy strolling through the fields and taking pictures afterwards. All supplies and tools are provided for the class. You must preregister through the Medical Lake Parks and Rec and pay the $30 to secure your spot.
