About this Event
Calling all hospitality brands!
Right now sustainability is a top priority when it comes to launching a new hospitality space, but we know it can often be hard to know where to start when making your interiors more sustainable.
We recently completed work on an 8,000+ sq ft commercial building, housing both a co-working community and events space, and a riverside restaraunt cafe. The Boathouse Guildford was designed and created with a focus on sustainable materials, and we want to share with you what we learned along the way.
Join the Raw Clay team, our client Jessica Meins, a panel of sustainable suppliers and our moderator, sustainability innovator Mark Shayler, as we discuss what we’ve learnt about sustainable commercial design, and how our approach translates to different sectors.
We'll be discussing a range of topics to help you learn more about sustainable interior design, including, how a material-first approach can reduce the impact of your site; why a holistic vision is needed when it comes to sustainable design; and how artisans can bring both sustainability and storytelling to your space.
Tickets for the event are £10 per person, which includes entry plus a welcome drink of Prosecco or a non-alcoholic alternative. The panel discussion will run from 19:00 - 20:00 after which there will be an opportunity to chat with the panelist and to grab a drink from The Boathouse Cafe bar. This is going to be an amazing event and you won't want to miss it.
We can't wait to see you there.
