About this Event
D4D is a one semester-long course at CU Boulder that provides the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) leaders with the opportunity to collaborate with talented student teams to develop innovative solutions to their most pressing national security problems. Our four D4D teams from this semester have worked very hard to solve the complex problems presented to them by their DoD sponsors, while also creating a viable business model to implement their solutions in other markets. Please join us in person (or via Zoom) for the Grand Finale on May 8th!
At 7:30pm, the main event begins! We will have an excellent keynote speaker, followed by an impressive 8-minute pitch from each team describing their sponsor's problem, the team's product/solution, as well as their subsequent business plans to perpetuate the solution. After all teams have presented their pitches, we will offer break-out Q&A sessions with the teams if anyone has further questions or interests.
