Harlem Fashion Week Presents: Black Fashion Night Out
Harlem Fashion Week is hosting Black Fashion Night Out in celebration of Black History Month — and we are providing a platform for designers to showcase and sell their collections to hundreds of engaged guests.
This is a curated fashion experience designed to spotlight Black creativity, craftsmanship, and culture in the heart of Harlem.
Participating Designers Will Receive:
• Curated showcase space coordinated by the HFW Production Team
• Featured promotion on HFW social media platforms
• Inclusion on official event flyer
• Spotlight in the HFW event newsletter
• Direct access to fashion-forward guests, buyers & creatives
Designer Responsibilities:
• Prepare 7 full looks
• Present a polished, professional display of your collection
• Be ON TIME for designer setup (late arrival will result in forfeiture of your space and designer fee)

Designer Investment:
$100.00 – Deposit Due Now
$50.00 – Final Payment Due February 25th
