It’s that time of year again! Please join us for an exciting night out to support Agawam’s Performing Arts Program! This Bingo for Bags event will feature designer handbags such as Dooney & Bourke, Michael Kors, Coach, and Kate Spade along with amazing door and raffle prizes! Keep watching our event page for more updates and previews of what’s to come.
Details:
Doors will open at 5:30 to preview the purses, socialize, and enjoy light refreshments (veggies/dip, cheese/crackers). Feel free to bring your own food/snacks but NO outside beverages please. Those found with outside alcohol will be asked to leave with no refund. Bingo starts at 7:00pm.
Tickets are available for a donation of $40 which includes 10 cards (one for each game of Bingo), a dauber, and one door prize ticket.
Tables of 8 ($320.00) or 10 ($400.00) can be reserved and will include one additional set of 10 Bingo cards for the table ($15 value). Tables of 10 will be limited and sold on a first come, first served basis. All reserved tables must be purchased in one transaction and will receive preferred seating.
Additional sets of 10 bingo cards (one for each bingo game) will be available to purchase for $15 at the event. Individual game cards will be sold between rounds of Bingo for $2. The more cards you play, the better your chances are to WIN!!
Raffle and door prize tickets will also be sold during this time. Raffles are $10 for a sheet of 10 tickets, or $15 for 20 tickets. Additional door prize tickets are $5/each.
A cash bar will be available to purchase drinks (NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES PERMITTED) ~ so grab some friends and let’s play some bingo!!
All proceeds will benefit the Agawam Performing Arts Program and are tax deductible.
