Design Your Year - A New Year Vision & Goal Workshop

In this interactive workshop, participants will clarify their vision for the year ahead and identify what truly matters most to them. Guided by evidence-based Whole Health principles, instructor and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach Jennifer Ford will help attendees reflect across key areas of wellbeing—such as purpose, connections, finances, and self-care—and translate their vision into realistic, SMART goals. Participants will leave with greater clarity, motivation, and a practical roadmap for creating a more balanced, intentional, and fulfilling year. With time permitting, attendees will start on creating a 2026 vision board that they can finish at home.

Jennifer brings over 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare, health IT, and organizational wellness. As the former Senior Director of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Optimizing Healthcare Value Program, she guided national initiatives across 170+ hospitals, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and designing systems that improved outcomes, streamlined operations, and delivered measurable ROI.
Jennifer is also board-certified in health and wellness coaching (NBC-HWC), trained in the Whole Health program at the VA—a nationally recognized, evidence-based model of care that shifts the focus from treating disease to empowering individuals to live their best life. She has combined her healthcare expertise with holistic wellness practices, helping clinicians, employees, and patients align lifestyle choices with long-term wellbeing.
Her work bridges clinical insight, executive leadership, and personalized wellness coaching—making her uniquely positioned to help hospital systems design and implement sustainable health and wellness programs that improve workforce resilience, enhance patient care, and reduce burnout. She is also an adjunct professor for Georgetown University and George Washington University in the Master of Health Administration programs.
