In this workshop, Adis Sophie Frémont will introduce you to the Designing Your Life (DYL) method, inspired by Stanford's renowned program. Concretely, you'll discover the Maker Mix, a powerful tool to help you design a more meaningful professional life. Through this engaging exercise, you’ll reflect on your current situation, gain clarity on what's missing, and explore steps that take you in the direction you want to go. Whether you're at a crossroads personally or professionally or just looking to develop your life skills, this workshop offers practical insights to help you build a more fulfilling future.
Adis Sophie Frémont and Mario Vargoglis are introducing Designing Your Life to the Netherlands this year, with plans to bring it to companies in 2025. Her mission is to empower individuals and organisations to unlock their potential using co-development and creativity. She helps people break free from conventional thinking to design lives that are more aligned with who they truly are.
