Design Through Uncertainty is a reflective, hands-on workshop that offers a safe, supportive space to pause, reset, and reconnect—with yourself and with others who are navigating similar questions. Led by career coach and former Disney designer Ali Goodin, this group experience blends personal reflection with meaningful conversation to help you move through burnout and regain creative clarity.

After a decade designing world-class experiences at The Walt Disney Company, Ali pivoted her 10-year design career into coaching where she helps others navigate their own big transitions with courage and community.
