Whether creating new customer experiences, considering what is your business’s ‘perfect client’, designing new products, or developing ideas, this evidence-based approach elevates uncertainty and risk.
In this session, we will explore how to move quickly from idea to action using prototyping, experimentation, and iteration. Design Thinking encourages visualization from multiple perspectives, redefines parameters, challenges assumptions and inspires creativity
