Design planters and seating for the Hilltown park

At this 2 hour collaborative workshop you will be able to get inspiration, give your opinion and ideas to design together planters and seating for the Hilltown Park to be able to make better use of these spaces for planting, seating and learning about edibles. As well as looking at materials, colours, shapes and the location, you'll be thinking about functionality and ideas to re-purpose this space and make it more welcoming.

There will be drinks and snacks for all.

The resulting brief and sketches will be fed into Dundee City Council Plans, supported by UNESCO City of Design and our local community groups and organisations.

This workshop is part of the Hilltown Park Community Design, coordinated by the MAXwell Centre and funded by the Coldside Regeneration Forum and UNESCO Dundee City of Design. More information about the project can be found on www.hilltownpark.wordpress.com
