Step into our Pilates Sculpt class, where stength meets prevision for a dynamic and empowering workout. With an emphasis on proper form and alignment, you'll not only enhance your physical fitness but also develop great body awareness and core control. Class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Barre Fusion, 6 Jul 24 - 9.30am - 10.30am
Elevate your fitness journey with our dynamic Barre fusion class, combining movements from Ballet, Pilates and strength training. Led by expert instructor, sculpt and tone your body which embracing the beauty of movement. Unleash your inner strength with us. Class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

A bout the Instructor
Nicole Chua (Hundred Pilates Studio)
Nicole Chua - Having been a dancer for more than a decade, Nicole experienced the benefits of Pilates deeply and decided to pursue teaching Pilates full-time, where she can continue to learn and grow, while inspiring her clients to be stronger and improve their body alignment. She believes that Pilates helps to energise and restore the body while focusing on control, mobility, strength and flexibility. Nicole is a firm believer of a holistic lifestyle and is convinced that the burn and glow following each class, translates positively into other areas of life.
