About this Event
The PNCA Design Lecture Series welcomes a broad range of creatives who are breaking expectations of what design can be and do in the world. To kick off our Spring 2026 series, we're welcoming in Olivia Johnson, who combines data, design, and physical media in her practice.

is a Portland, Oregon–based textile artist and digital design leader, currently a Senior Product Designer at eBay. With a decade of experience in digital design, she brings a systems-driven approach to both her professional work and art practice.
Her artwork combines traditional textile techniques with data visualization to explore feminism, housing inequality, and social justice. Each piece begins digitally and is realized by hand, bridging precision and tactility while challenging the boundaries between craft, design, and contemporary art.
