Come join us for a weekend of creativity, inspiration, and connection at our in-person retreat. Get ready to design your future and align your goals for success.

It's time to take your power back. Don't miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in a supportive community and take your personal and professional growth to the next level. Join a two-day workshop designed to help you reflect on past and current experiences, reconnect with your goals, and redirect your steps. See you there!

Day One of the retreat will be held on Saturday January 11th from 4:30 PM- 7:30 PM. Walk through guided journal prompts to figure out where you are, and what shifts you can make to get where you would like to be. Create a vision board as you envision your next steps.

Day Two of the Retreat will be held on Sunday, January 12th from 12PM-3PM. After envisioning your life and goals, Day Two will focus on making your own mantras to keep you motivated as you move forward. A sound bath mediation, facilated by Linsday Mitchiner (M.A., Ed.M., LPC), will create the space you need to step into your next phase.

Light refreshments will be served. There will also be raffle prizes!

Retreat Facilitators: Erin Ford (Ph.D.) specializes in creating safe spaces for Black women and other underserved populations. She delivers identity-based programming that fosters community, connection, and career development. Lindsay Mitchiner (M.A., Ed.M., LPC) is a certified specialist in sound bath therapy and a licensed professional counselor with over 8 years of experience in the field of healing and mental wellness.

Parking is available both on the street outside of the Innerwork Center and on the street outside of the facility.
