Winter Gardening Seminar Details:
Keynote- “Why Native Plants Matter to all of Life,” Jim Kessler, Retired Professor from Iowa Valley Community College.
Three 1-hour-long breakout sessions throughout the day with a choice of over 15 guest presenters. Session topics include: companion planting, cut flower gardens, growing grapes, bonsai basics, garden pest updates, raised beds, spring ephemerals, lavender farming, fruit tree pruning, growing champion onions, tomatoes, new & unusual perennials, winter sowing, the life cycles of bees, and crevice gardening.
A light breakfast and buffet lunch are included with the cost of registration.
